:::SOME INSPIRATION FOR YOU:::

I am always  amazed by the creativity I see on etsy.  So many talented people out there and so many unique things to use for your home that are decorative or practical.

Check out this chalkboards.  I think they are totally cool and have never seen anything like it before.  They are chalkboard tablets.

No more searching for scrap paper or buying writing tablets or post-its.   I think these are really unique and functional.

You can purchase them from Peg and Awl on etsy at the link below.

Christmas will be here before we know it and I am getting ready to make my own cards this year.  I love to stamp and have a wonderful Christmas set I intend to use.  I also will be making some clay tags as well.  I just love the simplicity of these and all the wonderful creative ways to use them.   Pop on over to
B & B's nest and check out her tutorial on how to make clay tags.  Here is a sample of some of her clay tags

Home Decor Inspiration from blogland..

When last years Pottery Barn catalog came out I fell in love with those subway wall art signs. They had different kinds with different names of streets of a certain town. There was another one that had a hand pointing on it with verbage. They were very cool. Here is one similiar from art style.I tried to think of a way I could make them myself cause there was no way the hubs was letting me spend that kind of money on something decorative...and rightfully so. Well, I ran ways to make it in my head, but they weren't efficient or even do able. I have since been surfing in the wonderful world of blogland and I am hear to tell you that two wonderfully creative ladies have been gracious enough to share how they did it. Each one gives step-by-step directions with great pics to go along with it. So, if you are wanting some DIY art to display in your home give their links a read.
